Happy Monday!!  I am about to start your week off with all the prettiness!  I have been dying to show more of Stacy’s maternity session!!  Shawn & Stacy are no strangers to this blog.  I love these two and I love that I have been able to capture such monumental moments in their lives!

Right when this session began, I said “we have come such a long way, yall”!  From their engagement session to wedding to now a maternity shoot!  Oh man.  They make me so happy and emotional.  They are going to be parents.  PARENTS!  To an itty bitty baby girl.  I’m prepared to just melt at the sight of them with her.

Shawn & Stacy are brave souls…especially Stacy (sorry Shawn).  The day we finally got to do this session, after being rained out multiple times, the high was over 100 degrees.  We shot at 4pm which is definitely not the shadier/cooler time of day so we were out in the full sun.  Plus, part of the session was in a greenhouse.  I will let you just imagine how hot it probably was.  But they were 100% all for these photos and I am SO glad!!!

We did this session out at Boulevard Flower Gardens!  I love this place.  I have been going there my entire life – for plants, gardening supplies, pumpkins, you name it.  But this was my first time doing a session there.  I am so grateful they let us come out!!  I suggested it to Stacy a while back and thankfully she was totally down with the idea!  I just think it gave this session such a beautiful, girly feel to it which is perfect since they are expecting a little princess.
