Hi there! I'm Caiti and I am a portrait photographer living in Disputanta, Virginia. I am a music loving, doughtnut eating, coffee drinking, mama of 2. This is the place where you can come to see my latest work with my beautiful clients and learn more about me, my husband, and our sweet babies. Take a look around and enjoy!
The days are starting to feel like spring here so this post may seem strange. However, we DID just get snow a couple of weeks ago. That is Virginia weather for you. This session has been in the works for awhile!! Kim & I started talking about doing snow photos back in the summer. We usually always get snow at least twice so we weren’t worried. Until it was February and the temperatures were rising with NO sign of snow coming. Great.
Then, God sent us 3 inches! That was all we needed!!! The Sink family was up early that morning and heading over to my house. We did this session JUST in time, too! The snow in my yard was literally ALL melted by 2pm that afternoon.
I am so glad we got this session in! This completes 4 seasons of sessions for the Sink family. We have done their family session in a different season each year and it is going to make for such a cute collage!! Kim was my first “real” client. She hired my mom & I to take her nieces newborn photos back when we were just getting started. We had only done photos for close friends & family at that point so having someone that we didn’t know personally contact us for pictures felt so good!! They have trusted me every since and I just love them! Now, I get to take pictures for all of their family members!
Ella & Sydney are two of the sweetest girls I have ever met. From their newborn session (seriously, one of my absolute favorite sessions) to doing their photos every year since, I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. They are so kind, funny, and cute – just full of personality.
I am in love with these winter wonderland photos. Kim & Dan – y’all have such a beautiful family and I am so grateful for you two trusting me all these years with your photos!
Thanks for stopping by!
