Hi there! I'm Caiti and I am a portrait photographer living in Disputanta, Virginia. I am a music loving, doughtnut eating, coffee drinking, mama of 2. This is the place where you can come to see my latest work with my beautiful clients and learn more about me, my husband, and our sweet babies. Take a look around and enjoy!
Meet Megan! This girl has dreams and she is going places!! I love meeting new seniors, hearing all about who they are, what they love, and where they want to go in life. The sky is literally the limit right now for them and they are soon going to be remarking on a new journey! I’m sure it could be overwhelming if you think for too long but most of my seniors are just ready! Ready to be done with high school and ready to go for their dreams! I love my seniors and truly love their session.
I could tell from the start that Megan is a sweet soul with a genuine heart. She has such a wonderful personality and was laughing with me right away!!! My kind of girl! Megan is a softball player and heard about me from one of her old teammates who I did portraits for this summer (check out Kaley’s session here). She and her mother (who I love and is SO funny!!) made the little hike out to where I am for this session and I am so grateful! We had perfect weather and the sunset was amazing!
When I asked Megan what her plans were after high school, she told me she had already been accepted to Radford and would attend pharmacy school after that. A pharmacist?! You go girl!! She knows what she wants to do, who she wants to be, and will go for it! My senior year of high school, I had dreams of moving to Nashville when I graduated but obviously that never happened (if only I could time travel now). So then I went to school for music, switched that to Elementary Education, then switched that to Special Education/Elementary Education….and now I am a stay-at-home-mom and photographer so we could call me indecisive, I guess.
I’m so excited for you to see this gorgeous girl and all the pictures we got at her session! She was such a natural and even walked on super painful rock beds for me (with the risk of stepping on glass and having to get a tetanus shot…kidding…). Megan – Thank you SO much for trusting me to take your senior portraits!!! You are going to do amazing things!
XOXO – Caiti
