It seems like just the other day we were begging for spring weather to arrive.  This weekend felt like the middle of summer!  How did this happen?  The crazy heat didn’t stop us from having the most amazing day on Saturday, though!  Sydney & Tyler got married right in her parents backyard and it couldn’t have been any more perfect.

Busy season is officially upon us!  When this time comes every year, I tend to just put my head down and get it done.  My social media posts for my sessions and my blog posts tend to get pushed to the side because I just want to edit & deliver galleries – then repeat!  I definitely didn’t want to go without telling y’all about this amazing couple though!!

Saturday was wedding day for Kendall & Chip!!  And I’m so excited to share it with you all!  These two met at…the local Farmer’s Market!  Is that not the cutest thing ever?  They were both working at it, met, and fell in love!

This past Saturday was such an amazing day and I can’t wait to show it to all of you!  Courtney & Logan are such a sweet couple and they have an amazing group of people loving them & supporting them.  It was a so much fun being able to be around that all day as they celebrated finally becoming husband and wife!

April showers have definitely been happening this year but they can’t stop a wedding day!!  Lauryn & Ian had such a beautiful wedding this past Saturday and we were so excited to be a part of it!  You may have seen their engagement session from this summer out at Randolph Macon.  That school is so special to them because, not only did they graduate from there, but they met there and their chemistry was instant.

It has been a minute since I’ve done a blog post.  I always have such great intentions of blogging multiple times a week and then…life…so I don’t.  But I do try to get my beautiful clients up here as often & quickly as I can!  Today, I have such a beautiful maternity session for y’all!!  Lyndsie & David are expecting a baby boy in about 6 weeks (or less) and I am so excited for them!  They are about to experience the most beautiful, life altering, terrifyingly wonderful time of their lives.  Am I right or what?

Today’s blog post is the first wedding of 2019 for us and it was such a fun day!!  If you were in Virginia on Saturday, you know that it was sunny and 75 (or hotter) and everyone loved it.  Tara and Phil could not have asked for a more perfect day to get married.
