Hi there! I'm Caiti and I am a portrait photographer living in Disputanta, Virginia. I am a music loving, doughtnut eating, coffee drinking, mama of 2. This is the place where you can come to see my latest work with my beautiful clients and learn more about me, my husband, and our sweet babies. Take a look around and enjoy!
I was so excited when Casie’s mom contacted me a couple months ago about doing senior portraits! I have seen this girl go from a little middle schooler coming to see her sisters compete on the competition cheer squad, to now being a senior in high school! I coached Casie for a couple of years and I just love seeing how she has grown & changed as a young woman. I love these sessions (as you know). I also love cheerleaders (of course) so this was an all around WIN!
Casie is a busy girl. If you know her, you know that she is also very smart, driven, and funny! Besides being in a bunch of clubs, she is also the President of Mu Alpha Theta at her school! She loves math & is very good at it (clearly). She is also on multiple cheer squads, the school swim team, and manages the varsity baseball team! Are you exhausted thinking about her life right now, because I am?!
We started the night at the football field. Casie has spent a LOT of her time there throughout her high school years – think Friday Night Lights but no where near as serious! Anyone else miss that show? After binge watching it for a couple weeks, I felt like my high school experience would have been way more awesome had my town been THAT in to the football team. Don’t get me wrong, they do seriously love their football players but, personally, I was more in to the competition cheerleading squad. ANYWAY – back to Casie! After getting many shots of this gorgeous girl in her uniform, we headed over to the willow tree. When Debbie told me that Casie was bringing lots of books to really showcase her personality, I knew we needed to get a “reading by a tree” shot. A big willow tree, blowing in the warm summer wind just screams “come read a book under me”, don’t you think? These are my favorites shots!! We were also able to get some siblings pictures, which I was so happy about. Her sisters are dear to my heart. They were seniors on my competition squad my first ever year of coaching! I can’t believe they are already college graduates! I am so very proud of them!! You can tell that they are both very proud of their sister, too.
Enough talking about it, here are my favorite shots from Casie’s senior portraits!
Thanks for stopping by!
