We had our last wedding of the season this past weekend and we loved getting to spend it with Tiffany & Clayton!  They said their vows on the lawn at the beautiful Mill at Fine Creek.  Their friends and family traveled from all over to be there to support them and it was the perfect day!

We were threatened by random rain storms all day and even got caught in the middle of a huge one during portrait time, but that didn’t bring down anyone’s spirits.    After hiding under a porch for the rain to slow down, we all decided to make a break for it, under umbrellas, so we could get back to the main house.  While doing our best not to get soaked, the rain actually stopped for a bit, so we were able to finish all portraits & wedding party photos.  Random other rain showers happened – before the ceremony, during family portraits, and during the reception – and these two never stopped smiling!  No matter what, they were getting married this day and THAT is what mattered most!!

We originally met Clayton & Tiffany last fall for their engagement session at First Colony Winery.   Clayton had proposed to Tiffany there, right in front of the row of vines they had purchased. This couple is very serious about their love for wine!  They incorporated it throughout their wedding in the cutest of ways.  One of which was a wine box they used during their ceremony.  They put 3 bottles of wine in there..one to open on their first anniversary, one for their fifth, and then one for their tenth.  They also put love letters and their vows in there.  Such a sweet idea!!

Another very cute & thoughtful part of their day was their favors.  They had macarons for their guests and ALSO provided dog treats for guests to take home to their pups.  How sweet is that?  I can appreciate a dog lover!!

Every part of their day was carefully thought through and beautiful!  We loved being able to capture this for them!
