The moment this family session started, I knew I couldn’t wait for them to be on the blog.  The Flagg’s aren’t new to my site or my blog.  I have been photographing them since Brooklyn was born.  We have done newborn pictures, multiple family sessions, and birthday pictures.  They are so special to me and I LOVE working with them!!  Jamie is so detailed oriented – she is a wedding & event planner so I guess she has to be – but she really is SOOO good at it!  I always trust her when choosing locations or anything else because I know it will be perfect.  If you are in the market for a wedding planner, click here because you will not regret it!

Back to their session!  We met at Jamie’s uncle’s home and his property is gorgeous!  The options were endless, from the woods, to the firewood shed, the horses, the rolling hills, and the roads…I loved it all. We were able to capture some really sweet moments and adorable shots of Brooklyn!  Her personality is coming through more & more every time I see her.  Her facial expressions, little laugh, and energy is just so sweet to see!

Once Brooklyn was done with us & ready to run and play, I was able to get shots of Dan and Jamie by themselves.  I say it all the time, but I feel it is so important for couples to do this!   The two of them are so photogenic, I barely had to do anything!   They are just so cute interacting together!!!  Dan is always cracking a joke, making us all laugh, so there were no fake laughs coming from them!  Genuine smiles, laughter, & joy!  That is what it is all about, right?  Capturing who people truly are and how they feel about each other?  That is what I love most about my job!  Plus, I love how much joy that brings to others, as well!
