Hi there! I'm Caiti and I am a portrait photographer living in Disputanta, Virginia. I am a music loving, doughtnut eating, coffee drinking, mama of 2. This is the place where you can come to see my latest work with my beautiful clients and learn more about me, my husband, and our sweet babies. Take a look around and enjoy!
I can still remember the first time I met Cory & Lindsey…it was over coffee at Starbucks last winter and I immediately just loved them! I know that sounds cliche. Of course I did, or else I wouldn’t have booked them! But I called my husband as I was pulling out of the parking lot to tell him “We are going to really like these two!” Their excitement to get married and how much they loved each other was obvious! It was even more obvious on their wedding day. The emotions were on high all day in the best way possible!
The moment I walked in Lindsey’s house to see all the girls getting ready, she had such a big smile on her face! She was so anxious for the day! Lindsey and her girls all got teary a few times before the ceremony even happened, making it evident that they were so happy for their girl! You see, from the moment Cory saw Lindsey (even if it was just her picture on Facebook), he needed to know her! He pursued her and she couldn’t resist him!! Their love grew quick and fierce!!
The wedding took place at Dellwood Plantation in Chesterfield. This venue is a hidden gem! It off the main roads, in the country, and we love it! The plantation home, open fields, large trees, and gorgeous horses just roaming their pasture – it is an amazing site! We love shooting there!
Family & friends were all such an important part of their wedding day. Lindsey & Cory had their loved ones setting up, decorating, and even making the cake! Their was so much love poured into making this day happen.
We loved being able to celebrate with them! Even Anthony admits to getting choked up during the daddy/daughter dance (he may kill me when he reads this). YOU might get teary seeing the pictures of Lindsey’s daddy seeing her for the first time. I was crying behind my camera and there was not a dry eye in that house when he laid eyes on her.
I hope you like looking through this beautiful wedding as much as we loved being a part of it!
Lindsey & Cory – We love you both! Thank you for letting us share in your best day ever, even if that meant the four of us got super, super close at times (the fun of veil shots, haha).
These girls are SO fun and just gorgeous!!!
Auntie life is the best life, right?
The always beautiful – Dellwood Plantation!
I’m impressed these are in focus because of all the tears I had in my eyes at this moment!
