Yesterday I posted part ONE of my Fall Mini Sessions so if you missed that, go check it out!  These families are all amazing and deserve to be showed off on a blog post so I wanted to put up some images from each one of the sessions.

The sessions in this post are families, a couple celebrating 30 years of marriage, and even a multiple family session with grandparents AND a great grandparent!  I shared yesterday how mini sessions can be used for so many different things and how every one of them is different.  I could do 5 families in a row but each session would look different than the next.

Another reason I love these fall mini sessions is that I get to see so many people!  A lot of my families come out once a year for an updated family photo and this is that time of year!  I get to see people who I haven’t seen in a long time, as well as meet new families who hopefully come back again & again!  This post, in particular, has two families in it who I have been photographing for almost 4 & 5 years!  Their kids were babies when I met them and now they are school age!  They were also clients of mine when I was first starting out and not that good so, they are angels for sticking around!  That is probably my favorite part of this business.

I am going to leave you with a side note but..it is real life and I think it is just ironic.  I am one of the WORST about getting an updated family photo for us.  It’s true!  This year, I made it a POINT to get more photos of us as a family, and I have done so well with it.  But…I am also terrible about getting photos printed!!  For a show & tell day this year, my son’s class was asked to bring in a family picture and I didnt have any prints of all of us after he turned one.  One of the pictures I sent in was literally a photo from when I was in the hospital after having him.  Tragic.  I’m sure the teacher thought I was crazy!  {I do have some canvases but I wasn’t going to send those in}.  We had family pictures done TWICE this year so I am ordering lots of prints and canvases of those (as well as hopefully making a photo book.  I’m the worst).

Advice – print your photos because 1) You look amazing in them! 2) You paid for them so they deserve to be printed.  3) People NEED those memories in print….mainly so that you don’t look bad when show & tell day comes around and you are the only parent without a current family photo print. Ha!

Those three sisters just melt my heart!







They just celebrated their 30 year anniversary!!  I have known these two my whole life and they are such incredible people!!
