Happy Monday!!  I’m going to need an extra cup of coffee today, folks.  Anyone else?  Between busy season for sessions & weddings, late night editing, family fun, and now a sick kid — mama is tired!  I know I’m not the only one, so let’s do our best to start this week off on a positive note!  Which is why I want to share this adorable family session with y’all.

Many of you may recognize the mama from this family!  Alysha is the super sweet and beautiful lady behind the camera of Blessed Beginnings Photography.  She does amazing work of all kinds – from families to weddings to newborn studio photography!  Check her out!

She is also married to Drew – her long time love!  I’ve followed her stories of them staying strong together through his deployment when Lila was just a baby to then Oakley being a premie in the NICU.  You can tell right away how close these four are!!  I knew that before I even got to meet them!

Speaking of that – I was so excited to meet them!  I felt like I already knew Alysha because social media does that for people, right?  We talked all the time through Instagram, so when they all got to my house, we just hugged because we felt like old friends.  Alysha is just as sweet and funny as she seems on social media so you are definitely seeing the genuine her when you follow along!

The Hogsett’s made the hike out to the sticks for their fall session.  Anthony had just made some paths in the fields for us so we could use a couple different spots than I had before.  The weather was PERFECT!  It was the coldest day of the week (which we had all been waiting for) and the sunset was amazing.  The best day for a fall session , for sure!  I’m just so excited for y’all to see how cute this family is.  Their session truly was as fun and effortless as it appears in their photos.
