Hi there! I'm Caiti and I am a wedding & portrait photographer living in Prince George, Virginia. I am a music loving, doughtnut eating, coffee drinking, mama of 2. This is the place where you can come to see my latest work with my beautiful clients and learn more about me, my husband, and our sweet babies. Take a look around and enjoy!
Christmas Eve is tomorrow, people!! That came quick, fast, and in a hurry! I really wanted to get this session up on the blog before Christmas though because I just love it and it is the perfect wintery, maternity session!
When Victoria first contacted me, I’ll admit that I squealed with excitement! I know she is going to be an amazing mommy!! Also, we have known each other since high school so I could not WAIT to take pictures of her! I met with Victoria & Justin last month to talk all about their maternity photos and newborn photos. We knew we wanted that woodland feel so the search was on for the perfect spot.
Luckily, Victoria & Justin know some pretty awesome people who gave us access to this beautiful property! The trees, the dirt road, the path in the woods, the open field – needless to say, I was over the moon. Then, as if things could get any better, Victoria stepped out of the truck and I saw her floor length, flowy green gown! YES GIRL! She was stunning (as you will see)! Justin is one lucky man, but he knows that already.
What stood out to me the most during this session though, was how in love Justin & Victoria are!! I photograph couples a lot and usually they aren’t 100% themselves right away. It takes a little warming up, which totally makes sense (considering it is usually the first time they meet me). These two genuinely just love being around each other. Justin commented probably 37 times on how gorgeous Victoria is and she just lit up around him! I loved it!
I can’t wait to meet baby Waverely! She will be here so soon! For now, scroll down and see this beautiful, woodland maternity session!
At this point, I was already jumping up and down with excitement!
Their laughs are all 100% real and they had me cracking up too!
And yes, we added in a shotgun! HA!
Thanks for stopping by!
